- Electrically driven Let-off Table complete with photoelectric cell for controlling the running of electric motor by automatic starting and stopping of the same.
- Pneumatically operated Intermediate conveyor and pressing Table complete with endless belt.
-Electrically driven and pneumatically operated Main Band Building Machine made up of :-
- Wind- up Unit.
- Bottom Squeezee Unit applying squeeze rubber on to the band, complete with electrically heated knife for cutting squeeze rubber.
- Top Squeezee Unit (optional).
- Back Stitcher unit.

96’’ Band Building Machine (BBM 96”)
Specifications for BBM 96:
- Maximum Ply width (Band width) : 2400 mm

- Feeder Bobbin Length : 1220 mm
The Machine will consist of the following units:
- Main Band assembling unit : 1 no.
- Band Stitcher/Squeeze Feeder Unit : 1 no.
- Conveyor : 1 no.
- Table : 1 no.
- Electric Control Panel : 1 no.
Kindly note that for the BBM 96, initially the half width of Band Stitching/Squeeze applying is done on the machine and subsequently this unit is manually shifted (by hand wheel) for stitching the second half of the Band.
