The Slittering/Slitting machine will consist of following:
Let off unit:
A ply roll let off arrangement with band type brake.
A liner rewinding arrangement.
A dancer arrangement with limit switch to feed ply to the slitting arrangement.
Slitting arrangement:
A separate driven cutter shaft with cutter blades.
Suitable guide rollers.
Slit fabric feed rollers ( shall be driven by the windup conveyor drive motor for speed synchronization).
Mechanical guide plates (adjustable width) as well as a set of trans wheels are provided at the entry of the fabric to the slitting arrangement. This makes the let off fabric to get properly guided before slitting.
Windup table:
4 meter long windup conveyor table with 3 ply canvass belt.
6 windup stations. The location of the wind up shall be adjustable along the width of the table
Electrical:
Geared AC motor for Let-off unit.
Geared AC motor with AC Variable Frequency drive for windup table conveyor and slit fabric feed roller.
Geared AC motor with AC Variable Frequency drive for Cutter.
Control Panel along with various switches, emergency stop etc.
